Orders will be shipped within 1-3 business day of your confirmed (cleared) payment.
All orders will be charged Indiana (7%) sales tax.Returns and Exchanges:
If you decide to cancel your order, please contact me within 24 hours of your purchase. If your order has not shipped, you will receive a full refund.
If your order has shipped, please return your purchase in original, unused condition in the original packaging to receive a refund, less shipping costs.
Refunds and exchanges will ONLY be processed within 30 days of the date of purchase.
If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact me via email within 7 days after receipt of your order.
Returned items must be received in original, unused condition in the original packaging. Once The Copper Dragonfly Boutique has received the returned item in the aforementioned condition, a refund of the purchase price less shipping and handling will be processed within 1-3 business days. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. The Copper Dragonfly Boutique is not responsible for items lost during shipping. Therefore, when returning merchandise, a trackable form of shipping is recommended.
*In the unlikely case that damage occurs during shipment, please return the entire package in order to receive a full refund or process an exchange. If damage occurs during delivery, I will be happy to attempt to recreate the original piece; however, most of my pieces are one of a kind and creating an exact replica may not be possible.
